London-based, but of Irish stock, R&B vocalist Samuel has been around for a little while now, having released his Falling Star EP almost two years ago. He returns this week with a sparkling new jam on Big Dada - who appear to have hit a hot streak in unearthing new talent, like Roseau - called 'These Days'. Produced by ace multi-instrumentalist and all round polymath, Kwes, 'These Days' is a graceful, sub three minute paean which looses Samuel's rich, breathy vocals over twanging strings, shimmering synth loops and shuffling beats. - DC
